We will need:

  • 250 g salted salmon;
  • 2 small tomatoes;
  • 10 pieces of green beans;
  • one onion;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 100 grams of grated cheese;
  • a mixture of butter and sunflower oil (for frying);
  • bunch of dill;
  • salt and allspice.

Shred finely onions and lightly fry in a pan. Dice tomatoes (after removing the seeds and squeezing the juice) and add them to the onions. In the meantime, boil the green beans for 5 minutes, then cut it into large pieces. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, salt and pepper as needed. Pour the prepared mixture into the frying pan and set on slow fire. Spread salmon and all other ingredients evenly, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

  • cooking time is calculated, almost the same as with ordinary egg boiling. For getting the condition “in the bag”, 2 minutes is enough, for a denser one - 5 minutes, and after 7 minutes you will get a hard boiled egg. The state of the yolk is checked by lightly pressing the finger;
  • poached perfectly and quail eggs.

And now we will try to create this masterpiece, it is done very simply.

First of all, salt the water, add two teaspoons and set on fire. Heated to the desired state of water, we begin to stir with a spoon in one direction, so that we would get a water funnel. Now our task is to launch a broken egg exactly into the center of the funnel (you can break it first into a glass and then pour it into the water). And it must be done carefully!

If everything is done correctly, it remains only to observe the appearance of a small miracle, when the protein turns into petals.
