White honey with royal jelly is now becoming more and more popular and in great demand. It can often be bought at various fairs and other outlets, but how can one distinguish between fake white honey and royal jelly? natural honey  with royal jelly? After all, for some reason, it so happened that such honey is almost always white. Let's figure it out. .   can be mixed with any color of honey. The percentage of royal jelly in honey is small, 1-2%. Therefore, royal jelly cannot make dark honey white. For mixing royal jelly, they take mostly last year’s thickened honey, and, as is known, honey becomes lighter during crystallization. With vigorous stirring, air bubbles get into the honey, which also makes the honey lighter. But in any case, buckwheat honey with royal jelly does not become white.

So, we found out that to make such a honey composition, they try to take light honey varieties, but the useful qualities of a mixture of honey and royal jelly do not depend on the color of honey. The following varieties have natural white color after crystallization: white acacia honey, white sahmaid, sweet clover honey, white clover honey, raspberries, camel's prickles, espartse honey, acourae honey (from psoraly of bruising), honey from cotton.

Separately, it should be said about white cream honey with royal jelly. This honey in nature does not exist, it is made by people from ordinary natural honey, by repeated mixing. Cream honey has a very delicate texture, oily, there are no grains in it, it looks like ice cream, spreads well on bread, does not stain hands. The taste is very pleasant, sweet, reminiscent of everyone’s favorite condensed milk. Therefore, white honey with royal jelly attracts more and more consumers. Demand creates supply, now this honey can often be found on sale. Such honey has great popularity in America and Europe. If white cream honey with royal jelly is prepared correctly, with all the technologies, then this honey can be eaten. In order to get such honey you need special equipment, in which this honey is whipped for several days, and it is also sometimes heated. And, as you know, honey cannot be heated for a long time, it can form oxymethylfurfural, a carcinogen that causes cancer in high concentrations. Initially, the preparation of the cream - honey did not imply the heating of the honey, and all the useful substances were preserved in it. In pursuit of profit to reduce the cost of the production of cream - some dishonest sellers use thickeners, gelling agents, so that honey does not exfoliate during storage and has an oily consistency. Under the guise of white honey with royal jelly, just white cream honey can be sold, in which there is not a drop of royal jelly. When buying honey with royal jelly you need to be very careful and cautious. Do not buy very white honey, unnatural white. Honey should be dissolved in water without sediment, honey solution should be clear. If a precipitate is found on the bottom and the solution is cloudy, then this honey should not be consumed. It is better, of course, to buy honey from proven vendors or from the beekeepers themselves, in which you are sure that you simply will not slip white cream - honey under the guise of white honey with royal jelly.

Bee products, including honey, are very useful for the human body. But there is a way to make them even more useful - to combine them with each other. An example of such a combination is honey with royal jelly. Consider more useful and medicinal properties  this mixture.

  Origin

Royal jelly is produced in the maxillary gland of bees-nurses in very small quantities. They call it that way because throughout their entire life the uterus feeds on them, although in fact they are also fed larvae.

So how do honey with royal jelly? Just by mixing 1 g of royal jelly with crystallized honey in the amount of 100 g. You can increase the amount of the first in the mixture, but this will not lead to a huge increase in benefits, but the price will increase several times.

Due to the small amount, royal jelly is often removed and stored in syringes. When fresh, it loses its use literally in a couple of hours (“afraid” of air, light and elevated temperature), but in the frozen state (at -25 degrees) it can be stored for two years.

  Description and composition

When fresh, royal jelly itself has a white color and a jelly-like consistency, a sour taste and a very complex composition.

Honey with royal jelly mainly has the taste of the main ingredient, the sour taste of royal jelly is not noticeable when mixed. The color of such a mixture becomes slightly lighter, depending on the percentage of added royal jelly, and the texture is similar to honey.

Using fresh liquid honey when mixed with royal jelly can lead to an uncontrollable reaction that will destroy all beneficial features.

The composition of honey with royal jelly is highly dependent on the type of honey underlying. But what appears with the addition of royal jelly repeats. These are vitamins A, D, C, H, E, PP, almost the entire group B and pantothenic acid, the hormones estradiol, testosterone, progesterone, proteins, which are similar in composition to serum proteins and much more.

  • when dissolved in water, no precipitate should form;
  • natural product should be expensive, low price for it is a guarantee of a fake;
  • only verified sellers and fully legal stores are responsible for the quality of the goods sold.
