This month I decided to pay special attention in caring for my body and arrange a little Beauty - marathon. Despite the fact that every day I wash off cosmetics, use tonic, cream and periodically use a scrub, I realized that I was missing a system. I have long heard of such a practice as a beauty-schedule and decided to try it out for myself.

I am 25 years old, I thought that at such an age it’s great to start investing in your future beauty. In general, it seems to me that it is very important to do some things on a schedule, as in the flow of affairs it seems that we perform some procedures often, but in fact it turns out that this happens every three months.

I also decided to pay special attention to some parts of the body that had previously been undeservedly deprived of it. For example, I never thought about caring for a neck. Meanwhile, the first signs of aging, first of all, pounce on her! Because, caring for its face, it receives nutrients and “holds the defense”, and the neck does not and “annual rings” like on a tree, over time, our age begins to indicate to everyone. I decided to study this issue more and begin to make it a habit to take care of her. I also noticed that older women, no matter how good they look, give out their hands, they are also rarely groomed. And I must say, not quite deserved, because the hands - our business card, this is one of the essential elements of female beauty.

Hair. I wash my head twice a week, I think this is optimal for my hair. At the moment I bought Dikson capsules, it is quite intensive care (there are different vials of this company for different hair and problems), to which I resort a couple of times a year, and the course lasts just about a month. Therefore, my hair care will consist in washing the head 2 times a week and applying these magic tools (in your case it may be a mask). Sometimes I alternate ampoules and put on quite strong masks (it is especially useful to do this after curling), my two favorites at the moment, these are Joico K-PAK RevitaLuxe and Macadamia Natural Oil Care, I have to notice tough dyed hair, and the masks are specially selected for this type. Also do not forget that it is good to do these masks a maximum of once a week, otherwise they may make the hair heavier. Remember that no one will see your well-groomed hair without proper styling or hairstyle. Therefore, this item is also included in hair care.


Face.  At the moment I use the Uriage cosmetics (blue line) and slowly try Beyond, which I selected by trial and error, it was my skin that responded positively. There is no clear recommendation about cosmetics, you need to look at your reaction. And, of course, the most important thing is to choose the type of skin care. I've always thought that I have a combination skin and only recently I was told that it was normal and even prone to dryness, but I lived and did not understand why many creams do not suit me. 🙂 My daily care is as follows: morning - tonic, cream; evening - wash basin (for removing makeup), tonic, cream. Scrub once a week. Gradually, I connect masks to my care, I recently paid attention to the Beyond brand and bought myself 12 piece masks, which I will use twice a week. This month I am still planning a trip to a beautician, and supplement the care for the skin around the eyes. At the moment, every day I drop a couple of drops of Aevit vitamins into the cream and put it under my eyes.

Neck.  As I said earlier, the neck almost did not participate in the process of leaving. Now she receives the same daily care as the face. Tonic + cream twice a day (I use nourishing cream for the neck). Also, the mask now I put on the neckline.


Arms. Now hands also get a scrub and a mask twice a week. I do the mask as follows: I take a bowl, put it on a warm stove (or heat it in the microwave), add 1/3 of a back there. spoons of shea butter, 1/2 tsp of coconut oil, some castor and olive oils, squeeze out the vial of Aevita and some aloe juice. Warm dishes are needed so that the solid oils (shea and coconut) melt. Next, I put a scrub on my hands (I ordered my very fine grinding scrub on the IHerb website, I mix it with the Aveeno liquid scrub) and massage them well, you can use any scrub, the main thing is that it does not hurt the skin, that is was not very big. I wash it off with warm water, apply mixed oils and massage my hands. Covering them with a fairly thick layer of oils, wear disposable polyethylene gloves, and on top ordinary winter gloves. I leave the mask for half an hour, I go to work or drink tea, after 30 minutes I just soak the remaining oil with napkins without washing it off. And of course, we don’t forget about the manicure, I used to do it myself once a week, now I go to the salon once in 10 days and mostly I apply Shellac. Due to this, the nails are always well-groomed, they are fresh and lasting manicure, which do not need to be updated every few days. It is important to ALWAYS wash and wash dishes with gloves. Since cleansing agents ruthlessly deal with the beauty of our hands, and all our efforts will be reduced to zero.


Body. I have another 16 years there is a permanent system in the fight against dry skin. Two or three times a week I rub the body with a coffee scrub (I buy ground coffee and wet it with water, with the addition of citrus oil, or I use coffee grounds). After each shower, I apply a mixture of oils in a small amount (usually olive oil with a few drops of any tasty smelling oil, sometimes I use grape seed oil instead of olive oil, in general, space for experiments) and then wipe it dry with a towel. This allows you to continue to dress in peace and not be afraid to stain clothes. To all the skin is incredibly velvety, often even people accidentally hitting me notice this.

Legs.  My legs, twice a week, I process with a special foot grater (once in winter) to remove rough skin and make foot baths with sea salt and herbal decoction. Also in the summer of every 3 weeks I go for a pedicure with a Shellac coating, in the winter I cover it with ordinary varnish and I often cope on my own.

  - nail massage that helps strengthen the nails, as well as improve the metabolism, soften the nail roller and give your hands a beautiful look
- soften nails. To do this, use a bath with a foamy agent - it can be a liquid soap or a classic manicure. This procedure softens the skin around the nails and helps to relax the muscles of the hands.
  - It is useful to make rubbing in the nail plate using vinegar or lemon juice, cranberries, red or black currant.
  - in order to remove the yellowness from the nails (if it is not a fungal disease) it is necessary to lubricate them with a piece of lemon, which will lighten your nails and strengthen them.
  - masks for softening the skin on the elbows, for example, if the skin is rough or dry, mix 1 teaspoon of fine salt, 0.5 teaspoon of soda, 1 teaspoon of cream or sour cream, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide. Steam out the elbows, spread them with the mixture and roll them in cellophane for 45 minutes. Wash off and spread with fat cream. 1-2 procedures are enough and the skin will be velvety.
  - masks to strengthen the nails: take a few tablespoons of olive oil, a few drops of lemon juice and literally a couple of drops of iodine, mix everything. Lower the marigold into the mixture and hold for 5-10 minutes. Wash off with water without soap.


On the day of foot care:

Swollen and tired legs can be rubbed with a piece of ice. It will be especially good if the ice is made from infusions of chamomile flowers, cornflowers, arnica, sage or yarrow.
  - baths, for example, from sea salt (100 grams per liter of water) or from dry mustard (one tablespoon to one liter of water). Foot baths should not be performed if softening of the skin of the feet is unacceptable, for example, for eczema, allergies, ulcers, polyneuropathy. In case of circulatory disorders, short and not too hot foot baths can be performed only after consulting a doctor.
  - once a week, clean it with a special grater or pumice stone to scrub off the dead skin layers.
  - capital cleaning of the feet: by steaming the feet in hot or warm water, we remove the softened horny layer with pumice, a stiff brush or a special grater for the feet. Just do not razor! After wiping your feet, dry, massage with cream.


On the day of the face, neck and decollete:

Massage your neck and decollete area with a stream of cool water from the bottom up.

  - masks for neck and décolleté, for example, a mask for the neck of parsley 4 tbsp. l finely chopped parsley pour 250 ml of hot milk. They put a handkerchief in this mixture and put it on the neck. They do not wash the neck after the mask, let it air dry and smear it with cream.

  - masks for eyelashes, for example, an oil elixir for eyelashes and skin of eyes: castor oil, oil extract of a camomile, oil extract of a calendula

On the day of hair care:

A haircut
